They operate as independent businesses , charging their  customers for their service and paying a small royalty.

They are appointed by the local area manger after

demonstrating competence in wicking bed technology.  They are licenced to use the Wicking Bed™ trade mark and the wicking bed patents and incorporate wicking bed educational material into their training course and web sites (with acknowledgment of source).

Customer leads from email, the web and Facebook may be referred to the local coaches who in turn are expected to generated leads from their own personal and electronic networking.

An important role is the sharing and distribution of knowledge.  There are many wicking bed users around the world growing different crops in a wide variety of climate and often refining the system for their particular needs.  The worldwide sharing of information continuously expands and enhances the overall wicking bed technology.
